Château Palmer

We were fortunate to reconnect with our wonderful friend, who happens to work at the prestigious Château Palmer. Their warm hospitality extended to giving us an exclusive tour of the magnificent château and its sprawling vineyards. The experience was nothing short of enchanting.

Following our memorable tour, we indulged in a delightful lunch at the nearby Restaurant le Lion d'Or, nestled just down the road. This charming restaurant holds a unique secret: a dedicated cabinet for each renowned château in the region, where they meticulously store their own exceptional wines.

Our wine journey was a true highlight of the day. We savored two exquisite vintages: the 2017 Margaux Alter Ego Médoc Mis en Bouteille au Château and the Margaux Château Palmer Médoc Mis en Bouteille au Château. These wines, each bearing the distinctive mark of Château Palmer, paired perfectly with our meal, creating a sensory experience that will forever linger in our memories.
