Château Latour
On a splendid morning, we had the pleasure of exploring the renowned Château Latour, a distinguished First Growth Chateau according to the prestigious 1855 Bordeaux Classification. Situated in the southeastern tip of the commune of Pauillac in the Medoc region of northwest Bordeaux, Latour exudes both history and excellence.
Our journey commenced with a stroll through the picturesque vineyards, admiring the charming small fortified castle that graces the labels of each bottle. The enchantment continued as we ventured into their exquisite cellars, a testament to the craftsmanship and tradition behind every bottle. Finally, we found ourselves in their opulent tasting room, where we savored the distinctive flavors of three exceptional wines. The lineup included the refined Pauillac 2016, followed by the exquisite Les Forts De Latour 2015, and culminating with the prestigious Grand Vin De Château Latour.
