Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Regarding exchanges, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges. However, if you find that the wine you've received isn't quite what you expected, we encourage you to reach out to us. We'd be happy to explore potential solutions to ensure your satisfaction. Please feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll work together to address your concerns.
Refunds
For wines that arrive broken, we kindly request that you inform us within 24 hours. In such cases, we will either issue full refunds or replace the wine. Please understand that we cannot process refunds for reasons other than breakage, damage, or cork taint.
