Tasting Notes

The Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru Célébration 2018 is a special cuvée released only in standout vintages, created to showcase the very best of Beaune’s Premier Cru vineyards. Rather than coming from a single site, it blends carefully selected parcels across the appellation, each vinified separately and then brought together to reflect Beaune’s depth and diversity. The 2018 vintage, marked by ripe fruit and generous balance, makes this bottling both a tribute to the house’s heritage and a snapshot of an exceptional year in Burgundy.

This Wine is a deep colour, and is showing plenty of notes of dark berries. The Tannins are fine and grained silky. It has a complexity of richness from the Beaune's Premiers crus. This is a blend of a number of different climates, with soils and aspects planted around the Beaune.

Pasta, Mild & Soft Creamy Cheese and classic Beef Bourguignon
