Tasting Note
The 2019 Opus One opens with an elegant bouquet of blackcurrant, dark cherry, violet, and graphite, layered with subtle notes of cedar and spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet refined, showcasing seamless tannins, bright acidity, and a silky texture. The finish is long and persistent, marked by balance and finesse.

The 2019 growing season began with abundant winter rain, followed by mild spring conditions that promoted even bud break. Warm, dry weather in summer allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, preserving freshness and aromatic complexity. Harvest took place from September 10th to October 25th, yielding fruit of exceptional purity and depth.
