The 2022 Louis Jadot Ladoix "Le Clou d'Orge" is a refined white Burgundy offering fresh aromas of pear, green apple, and citrus, layered with subtle notes of wet stone and nuts. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with a smooth, satiny texture and vibrant acidity, finishing with a chalky minerality and hints of stone fruit. Aged in oak for 15 months, it balances richness and precision beautifully, making it an excellent match for seafood or creamy white meats. Best enjoyed between 2025 and 2030.
