Aromas of lemon zest, orange blossom, jasmine, and fern lead to a pure, elegant palate, with fresh orchard fruit and vibrant minerality. Vintage 2021 was a standout year with harmonious wines. Ideal weather—sunny, dry, and mild—promoted perfect bloom and steady maturation. Cool September nights preserved acidity and enhanced aromatic complexity, leading to a flawless harvest from late September to early October.
