Tasting Notes
Colour is deep with rich dark hues. On the nose: raspberries, dark cherries, blackcurrants and plums with cedar oak in the background. The palate is full and smooth with rich dark‑berry flavours filling the mouth, velvety and ribbon‑like tannins, silky and elegantly resolved. Slatey mineral and herbal edges, a lovely lift of acidity keeping it fresh.
