Tasting Notes
Fresh and finely detailed, this wine opens with lifted aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, lemon curd, and subtle flinty notes. The palate is textured and precise, with bright acidity, a creamy mid-palate, and a pure mineral finish. Fermented in a concrete egg, which enhances texture and freshness without relying heavily on oak. Made with minimal intervention, unfined, and with sulphur used sparingly only at bottling.
