Tasting Notes
In the glass, it boasts a deep ruby hue. The nose is a bouquet of flowers mingling with intense aromas of strawberries, cherries, and an array of spices. Complexity and balance reign supreme.
On the palate, it offers a refined, precise experience with a beautiful, silky texture and harmonious oak notes. The finish is long and elegant, showcasing the delightful interplay of fruit, spice, and minerality.
The journey began with a challenging season of cold winter and spring, but the second half of August brought redemption with hot temperatures. The harvest, under bright September sun, resulted in reduced yields but exceptional quality. Meticulous vinification and 14 months of oak aging have yielded a wine of pure aromas and fresh structure.
