Tasting Notes

Janisson Baradon, established in 1922, produces fine quality Champagnes. Janisson Baradon is a fifth generation of family business based in Epernay. Its champagnes are produced using grapes grown from its own vineyards, which span 22 acres.

The grapes come from three champagne vines in different terrains, which give the champagnes their distinctive taste. The emphasis is very much on quality and this is reflected in the number of awards that they have won in France.

The Brut selection has ages 3 years in the cellars to acquire full maturity. It has subtle aromas expressing light woody touches. This Champagne is an aperitif can be enjoyed throughout a meal.

Pairs well with

Shellfish, Crab and Lobster
