Tasting Notes

A stunning pale golden yellow colour a light vibrant tint of green. Fresh fruit with a vibrant citrus type of fruit. A strong release of bubbles light flowers and white peaches. Hand-picked, Fermentation in temperature regulated stainless steel ferments. Full malolactic fermentation.

Sea Bass, Carpaccio, Salmon
