Tasting Notes

This white Rhône from Chapoutier offers a luminous pale gold colour with an inviting nose of ripe white peach, citrus blossom, honeysuckle and hints of fresh herbs. On the palate it’s rich yet precise, with bright acidity framing flavours of lemon zest, pear and subtle wildflower honey, supported by a gentle creaminess and a slate-like mineral streak. The finish is long and refreshing, making it both expressive and elegant — a lovely example of a northern Rhône white with balance and finesse.

Grilled and roasted Red Meat, Pizza, Pasta, stews and mature cheese
