At the heart of Moatwood Gin is the starflower (often referred to as borage); wild-foraged in the UK these beautiful blue flowers create a lovely light and refreshing taste profile. The gin is produced in the UK using a sustainable single shot distillation method which gives the liquid its unique smoothness. A light floral gin that reveals subtle notes of sweet orange when served with premium tonic and a twist of orange.
