Tasting Notes
The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione Ceretto is a distinguished wine made from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the prestigious vineyards of La Morra, Barolo, and Serralunga in the province of Cuneo.
This wine undergoes vinification at controlled temperatures in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation, and is then aged for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
In the glass, it presents a bright red color with garnet hues. The nose is intricate and inviting, offering aromas of wild rose, pomegranate, tamarind, and blood orange. On the palate, it is vertical and austere, delivering a refined and structured sip that reflects its noble origins.
