The 2017 Ermitage l'Ermite stands out as an equally astounding expression of Hermitage, presenting a unique amalgamation of le Pavillon's reserved character and le Méal's generous nature. This results in a wine that can only be described as flawless. Its pristine cassis fruit exhibits remarkable purity, complemented by intricate nuances of crushed stone, salted licorice, and subtle hints of fine-grained oak. Full-bodied and concentrated, it boasts a velvety texture, with abundant yet ripe tannins contributing to its chewy appeal, while the finish lingers on the palate for minutes, leaving a lasting impression of its magnificence.

Why Try Notorious Pink!

Notorious Pink is a special cuvée made from 100% Grenache, the principal grape varietal at Domaine la Colombette in the  Languedoc, South of France. Since 1890, four generations of the Pugibet Family have been producing award winning wines with savoir-faire. The La Colombette Estate is situated in the South of France, just 10 miles from the Mediterranean coast, it is here that this exquisite Rosé is made. We are very happy and proud to be working with the delightful Pugibet Family as their sole UK importer.
