Tasting Notes

A classic Manzanilla: bone-dry, fresh, and saline, with notes of green apple, lemon peel, chamomile, and toasted almonds. Crisp acidity and a distinctive sea-breeze salinity from ageing under flor in Sanlúcar’s coastal climate.

Matured using the traditional Criaderas y Solera system in American oak, resulting in finesse and consistency.

Pairs well with

Nibbles, tapas, seafood, oysters, prawns, anchovies, asparagus, grilled fish, olives, artichokes, and jamón ibérico.
