Tasting Notes

Nose: You'll find an abundance of juicy and sweet sherry notes, beautifully intertwined with the scent of malt and barley. There's a creamy essence of toffee that gradually yields to subtle nuances of honey, vanilla, and orchard fruits.

Palate: it's a delightful blend of sherry sweetness and the richness of dried fruits. This complexity is further enhanced by delicate winter spices and hints of fruitcake. There's also a touch of light toffee, with just a subtle hint of smoke in the background.
