Tasting Notes

Nose: it offers an impressive depth with prominent notes of Sherry. There's a creamy and nutty quality to it, reminiscent of honey on toast, and a subtle undercurrent of smoky coffee.

Palate: it delivers a silky and well-spiced experience, with a peppery oak character. You'll encounter flavors of almond, praline, hazelnut, dried citrus peels, and a fruity undertone. There's also a delicate touch of Armagnac and perhaps a hint of rancio, adding complexity to the overall tasting profile.
