Arneis "Blangé" Ceretto gained fame thanks to oenologist Donato Lanati, who introduced cryomaceration in the 1980s. This technique, involving 12-hour skin contact with the must at 5°C, enhances the wine's aromatic intensity and purity. The result is a white wine with vibrant aromas of pear, apple, peach, citrus, and tropical fruits. Its flavor is intensely fruity, balanced by refreshing acidity and good persistence. This historic Langhe wine continues to captivate enthusiasts worldwide, especially among young people and women, for its pleasant and enticing profile.
