2023 Louis Jadot 'Cellier Du Valvan' (formerly Cellier de la Sabliere)* is a round and mineral Chablis singing with white floral and stone fruit notes from the ever-dependable Louis Jadot stable. For the vinous geeks out there, this wine undergoes partial MLF to soften out the acidity and give a little more body to the palate than you might expect from typical Chablis.
