The 2021 M. Chapoutier Ermitage Le Pavillon is a refined Syrah with aromas of crushed stone, cedar, and raspberries. It’s medium to full-bodied, featuring silky tannins, cassis, blackberry, and pepper flavors. A bright, mineral finish reflects its granite origins, earning critical praise and strong aging potential.
