Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by extended maturation in concrete vats and bottle.
Tasting Notes
The 2019 Château Musar Red is a beautifully complex and expressive Lebanese wine, offering rich aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries and plums, complemented by hints of sweet spice, leather and earthy undertones. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate, it combines generous dark fruit flavours with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Wonderfully balanced, with a long, savoury finish and excellent ageing potential.

Roast lamb, grilled red meats, game, slow-cooked stews and mature cheeses.
