Tasting Notes

This wine exhibits a dense ruby/purple hue along with notes of melted liquorice, blueberries, cassis, burning embers and charcoal, sweet tannin, medium to full body, fleshy mouthfeel, its an endearing succulence well as lushness, already appealing it should continue to evolve and drink well for 15+ years. 95/100 Robert Parker

Pairs well with

Beef, Game (Deer, Venison), Poultry, Lamb
