Tasting Notes

Despite 2020's challenges of limited yields and rapid ripening, grapes from the Piedra Infinita vineyard arrived at the winery in exceptional health and quality. This single-plot Malbec, grown in calcium carbonate-rich soils ("superlime"), exhibits remarkable precision, austerity, elegance, and balance. It boasts complex aromatics, a juicy, fresh palate with a saline twist, and impressive aging potential.

Manually selected grapes and gravity-filled pools contribute to its refined character. Fermented in concrete vessels with native yeasts and aged in concrete pools, this wine showcases the purity and terroir expression of Piedra Infinita vineyard.
