Tasting Notes

The Gaja Rossj-Bass 2024 is an elegant and beautifully textured white wine that perfectly balances richness with freshness. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of white peach, ripe nectarine and citrus blossom, layered with delicate notes of elderflower, acacia honey and jasmine. As the wine evolves, subtle hints of flint, vanilla and fresh mint emerge, adding depth and complexity. On the palate, it is creamy and refined, with bright acidity supporting flavours of grapefruit, lemon zest and orchard fruits. A distinctive mineral backbone carries through to a long, refreshing finish, leaving lingering notes of white flowers, citrus and a touch of saline freshness.
