Tasting Notes

The IDDA Bianco 2024 is a refined and expressive white wine that beautifully captures the volcanic character of Mount Etna. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of citrus blossom, lemon zest and white peach, intertwined with delicate notes of wild thyme, jasmine and fresh herbs. As the wine evolves, subtle hints of flint, almond and saline minerality emerge, reflecting its unique volcanic terroir. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with bright acidity supporting flavours of ripe citrus, apricot and green apple. The finish is long, savoury and refreshingly mineral, leaving an elegant impression of sea salt and crushed stone.
