Tasting Notes

Aromas of rose hips, cured ham, mulberries, redcurrant, peony, pepper, and pink grapefruit greet the nose. Delicate flavours of honey, citrus, and dried fruit dance on the palate, leading to a long, satisfying finish, complemented by fine bubbles.
