Tasting Notes

This Sparkling wine has light yellow colour with fine and delicate bubbles. Its separated by grape variety and terrior in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. It has a complex nose of quince, peach, grapefruit a fresh, delicate and refined mouth-feel.
