Tasting NotesThis Albariño wine is crafted exclusively from grapes grown in our own vineyards, situated in the southern region of the D.O. Rías Baixas in Galicia, northwest Spain. Our vineyards include the "Taboexa" estate (13 ha.), positioned at the highest elevation of 300 meters above sea level. The sandy and granitic soil prevalent in this area imparts a distinctive freshness to the wine. Additionally, we source grapes from the "Arantei" estate (35 ha.), located at 30 meters above sea level, characterized by clay-rich soil with pebbles. This terroir lends the wine a mineral essence and a complex fruity profile.
