Tasting Note
The 2021 Pinot Noir offers aromas of blackberry, violet, and sous bois, which carry through to the palate with pure fruit and savory undertones. The finish is long, with polished tannins and bright acidity.
A late, cool spring gave way to record heat in June, followed by a warm, dry summer that produced small, high-quality clusters. Harvested from September 9th to 23rd, the fruit was ripe and clean, resulting in wines with vibrant color, complex aromas, and balanced freshness. Extended maceration enhanced concentration and depth.
