Tasting Notes

The 2023 vintage produced beautifully fresh and expressive white wines, combining ripe fruit with excellent energy and balance. Aromas of citrus, white peach and delicate flowers are complemented by subtle notes of almond and spice. The palate is elegant and rounded, with a lovely freshness, fine texture and a long, vibrant finish. Refined and beautifully balanced, with excellent ageing potential.

 Pairs well with

Shellfish, Pasta, Mild and soft Cheese, cured meat and Rich fish (Salmon and Tuna)
